The evening before the first day: Meet-and-greet and drinks with Reza and masterclass participants.
At 10:00 a.m., participants will view a short presentation by Reza, and time to get to know more about your work as well, before heading out to shoot at a selection of spectacular locations in Paris with Reza. To conclude the day, participants will receive a letter explaining a personal assignment from Reza, to be worked on throughout the remainder of the masterclass.
On this day, participants will travel the avenue Champs-Elysees with Reza, photographing all the color and culture of la Fête Nationale, Quatorze juillet, also known as Bastille Day: the national day of France (that is acknowledged and celebrated quite internationally). Indeed, this will be the most exciting day for street photography, and to put to test the elements that we’ve worked on in the masterclass.
One-on-one editing sessions with Reza, where and when he will give feedback on shooting from the day of national celebration, as well as progress on the personal assignments. He will also share his method for refining a selection of photographs for concise and powerful photo-storytelling. Participants are encouraged to continue making images for the day following their meeting with Reza.
The beginning of this day is dedicated to the art of making portraits. The session begins with a presentation from Reza on his approach to portraiture, and examples of his work. Following, the group, along with Reza, will travel the streets together in search of beautiful light, and subjects to make portraits of.
The masterclass will conclude with a group meeting for participants to present their work.
Editing and presentation will be the focus of the day’s end.

Farewell dinner
Participants are invited to join Reza and his team for a farewell dinner and an informal debrief of the masterclass.
What to bring:
- Digital camera & accessories (extra batteries, memory cards, cable for image transfer to a computer, USB key, external hard disk, etc).
- A notebook or recording device for note-taking during the masterclass
- Your personal computer, or tablet, if possible
- A clear written statement of personal hopes and expectations to be accomplished through the masterclass

The masterclass fee is $2,200, but $1,950 if you apply before June 1.

Please make sure you have your personal insurance for travel before your trip.
The masterclass is limited to 10 students.
Welcome drink and farewell dinner are included in the masterclass fee (Accommodation, meals and travel are not included)
Cancellation policy:

Webistan Agency reserves the right to cancel this event with less than 6 participants. Students will be given a full refund. In the event of cancellation, students will be given at least 3-weeks advance notice.
Full tuition fees need to be received by June 30th to fully confirm your place.
For International applicants, Webistan Agency is not responsible for reimbursement of travel expenses in case the masterclass is cancelled. We highly recommend that you buy refundable tickets and/or travel insurance.
Refunds to applicants who wish to cancel their place on the masterclass can only be given up to 30 days in advance of the date of the masterclass. After this point, refunds cannot be issued.
Participants will continue to have access to Reza following masterclass for matters of consultation and guidance.
